White River Clean-Up

Each year Morgan County Partnership for Water Quality holds a clean up along the Morgan County, Indiana section of the White River.

Volunteers of all ages come out to help clean up this portion of Morgan County. Each year volunteers fill a 15 yard dumpster and fill a trailer with tires. It is with GREAT APPRECIATION of our volunteers, students, and local businesses that this has become a success!

Not only do we clean up the Three Rivers S.R.A., we send groups of volunteers to Henderson Ford Boat Ramp, Paragon Boat Ramp, and the boat ramp in Old Town Waverly Park!

After a full morning of walking sections of the river and boat ramps, the Morgan County Partnership for Water Quality treats volunteers to LUNCH at Gatti’s in Martinsville. Volunteers, also, receive a t-shirt for their efforts.

Please register in advance! This allows us to plan, get appropriate supplies and order enough t-shirts. Each volunteer is a wonderful addition to the efforts here in Morgan County.
